We’re proud of what our clients have to say
When my dog Max developed lameness earlier this year and after a thorough consultation and X-rays with Simon, was told he needed surgery, I was devastated.
Simon took the time to explain and reassure me about the whole procedure, and what to expect throughout his recovery. I felt totally supported from the beginning to the point he was declared fit and well again.
Everyone was so kind from the girls at reception to the veterinary nurses and Simon, whose passion for Max’s well-being was his number one priority. I am so very grateful and have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him and his veterinary practice to anyone who wants first-class care for their pet.
I am the owner of a cairn terrier and 4 years ago she developed a severe limp. I took her to Dr. Simon Ratcliffe at Kelperland Veterinary Centre. It transpired she needed complex surgery on her back leg knee and it took some time before she was able to run about as before. Then unfortunately the following year the other knee in her back leg needed the same surgery. She had a long recuperation and after three months she was running about like a young dog.
This surgery was both fiddly and complex and I am just so grateful that Dr. Ratcliffe was at Kelperland to do this complex operation as without the operation my little cairn terrier would have been confined to a cage. She is a very happy bouncy little dog and people marvel at how well she now is.
The whole team at Kelperland is dedicated and I could not be happier to entrust the care of my dog to them. Thank you.
