We fix dog and cat broken legs for low cost, fixed prices.

We want to help those cases that are out of options.

Our Manifesto:

  • We offer low-cost, fixed-price fracture repair
  • Our surgeon, Simon, has 20 years’ experience and is an RCVS-registered advanced practitioner
  • We want to help cases where their owners can’t afford a specialist referral, and they’re out of options
  • We can do this because we are independently owned and we want to 😊
  • We have all the kit and know-how in the building
  • We won’t cut corners with treatment – we will do everything we think your case needs
  • Inevitably, we will have some complications; everyone does. We will do our best to sort them out and price this as reasonably as possible
  • Fixed price includes pain relief, bandage changes as required and post op checks (mainly on Zoom, depending on where you live)

KSR is based at Kelperland Veterinary Centre near Maidenhead in Berkshire.

Our surgeon is Dr Simon Ratcliffe, recognised by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (the national veterinary governing body) as an advanced practitioner in small animal surgery. What does this mean?

One of the main advanced surgeries we perform is to operate on cruciate or patella (knee cap) problems in dogs. If your dog has been diagnosed with a cruciate or patella issue and you want our help please click here.

Kelperland Veterinary Centre is an independent veterinary practice owned by Simon and his wife Camilla.

Since refurbishing the practice in 2021 we have been offering referrals to pets from further afield who need our help.

We also offer lots of other surgical procedures that your normal vet may not be able to offer.
