Affordable Fracture Clinic

Our aim is to offer an affordable option when referral to a specialist is cost-prohibitive

Why is this available?

Fracture fixation is one of our main clinical interests and we would like to help clients who can’t go down the specialist route. As a practice, we can offer a fixed-price deal to a limited number of cases a month.

Who qualifies?

This is open to any client – no qualifying circumstances required. If your dog or cat has broken its leg, then please get in touch via the form below and we’ll ring you straight back. We’ll need your vet to send Simon the x-rays to check if the case is appropriate for the scheme, and we will confirm if we have capacity that week. We can then book you in.

What doesn't qualify?

Complex articular fractures, spinal fractures, and multi-limb injuries are not included in the affordable price scheme. If you’re not sure, just ask!

What's included?

Initial consultation
General anesthesia
Pre-op x-rays (if required)
Surgery – internal fixation as standard
Immediate post-op x-rays
Post-op bandage changes if required
6 weeks analgesia
3 post-op appointments in person or on Zoom

What isn't included?

Follow-up x-rays at 6/8 weeks post-op performed here if required but for an extra fee of £250
Any complications treated as reasonably as possible.
